DISTINGUISHED COMPANIES SICTED
SICTED, Tourism Quality System in Destinations, is a project agreed between the Ministry of Tourism, the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces and the Andalusian Government, whose objective is to provide tourist sites with mechanisms that allow focusing all their actions under a global objective, whose purpose is to improve tourism quality. A methodology is used that provides a comprehensive and permanent quality management system in a tourist destination, in this case, in our city. Thanks to this methodology, the different companies and organizations that are integrated, receive the necessary tools to improve the management of their resources and increase the satisfaction of their customers, with the consequent benefits that all this reports.
What is the SICTED SANLÚCAR DE BARRAMEDA project? Well, it consists in working, both together and as a TOURIST DESTINATION, as well as individually for each company or organization, to achieve greater tourist loyalty in exchange for offering them higher quality services.
